Resolution

Resolution 1:

Disable UAC.
Run Permission Checker and repair any failed checks.
Shutdown All Orion services using the Orion Service Manager.
Repair the Information Service.
Run the Orion Configuration Wizard.
Open the Orion Web Console and confirm whether the map is displayed.

Resolution 2:

Make an exception in your firewall or proxy rules for MapQuest adding the necessary websites and IP addresses to your whitelist: Unable to view the worldwide map in the Orion Platform
