Cause

This issue occurs because resolution on the display of the target computer is too high on Window 7 and Windows 10 computers or the monitor settings is set to Landscape (Flipped).

Resolution

Option 1

  1. Connect to the target computer.
  2. On the technician's computer, click the smart sizing icon.

Option 2

Disable Mirror driver before connecting to the remote machine. See Connect to a computer without using the Dameware Mini Remote Control Mirror Driver

Option 3

Try updating the remote agent to the same version as the client.

NOTE: Mirror driver won't work if display is closed/off. Make sure that the end user machine/notebook's display is not close or off.
