If you are missing the utility, see SolarWinds SNMP Walk: A new tool for collecting SNMP MIB walks in Orion Platform
  3. Run SNMPWalk.exe.
  4. Complete the fields in the SNMPWalk window.

    1. In the Agent Address or DNS Name field, enter the IP address of the node.
    2. In the drop-down menu, select Version 2c or 3, depending on the configured node.
    3. In the Root OID field, enter 1
    4. In the Community field, enter the community string configured for the device.
    5. Click Scan.
  5. Locate the resulting text file.
  6. Compress the file into a ZIP file and send to support.

NOTE:
Before saving the SNMPWALK, please ensure that the SNMPWalk tool shows ready instead of timeout.
If you see timeout, please increase the timeout value on the SNMPWalk tool and try collecting the SNMPWalk again.
To verify that the SNMPwalk is complete, please open the SNMPwalk, Scroll to the bottom and you should see “No more variables left in this MIB View (It is past the end of the MIB tree).”
