Overview

In this issue, the User has a problem uploading files in Web Client. They are receiving an error message:

ERROR: Operation was not successful, an unknown error occurred. Your session may have timed out.

However, from the Serv-U server, it appears that the User's connection is still active, and the file is still transferring.

Cause

Possible that the Application is corrupted.

Resolution

Advise to Upgrade Serv-U application to the latest version, 15.2.1.
This version resolved Performance and stability improvements.
