Resolution

1. Check if SolarWinds Collector service is installed from the Control Panel. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs & Features.
2. Install SolarWinds Collector service using the installer from C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Installers. For Core 2018.4, the name of the installer is COLLECTOR-2.16.0.2803-CollectorInstaller.
3. Re-run the Configuration Wizard.
