Scheduled reports are blank and the web console cannot be accessed.

Overview

Scheduled reports are blank and the web console cannot be accessed. Upon checking the log at C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWeb.log, error messages such as this can be seen:

WARN SolarWinds.Orion.Web.ResourceTemplateFolder - (null) Failure parsing resource file: '/Orion/NetPerfMon/Resources/Alerts/AlertSuppressionInfoMessage.ascx'
System.ArgumentException: Path does not point to a compatible ASPX resource.
ERROR ASP.global_asax - (null) Application_Error(f0522a1f1886433d853be9ba9d2f9137)
System.Web.HttpException (0x80004005): The file '/Orion/NetPerfMon/Chart.aspx' has not been pre-compiled, and cannot be requested.

Cause

Some files was either blocked or deleted by a security software

Resolution

Run Configuration Wizard to refresh the files on the web server
Files and directories to exclude from antivirus scanning for Orion Platform products (AV exceptions and exclusions)
