Resolution
Workaround 1: Examine the Windows Registry on each server (Main Poller, Additional Poller, and HA component):
Verify that the following value exists with the string entry named "DCE":
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\SolarWinds\AssemblyResolver\ResolvePaths- Verify that the value is
<installation dir>\Orion\DCE. By default, this isC:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\DCE\.
Workaround 2:
- Remove file connections_released.data and recreate it by running the NCM node profile test. The file can be found at: C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Orion\CLI
Workaround 3:
(For Main)
