How to get notified when an alert is acknowledged

Set up an alert to get notified whenever someone acknowledges an alert.

Overview

Acknowledged alerts are being monitored as Audit Events. You should be able to create an alert based on Auditing Event when alerts get acknowledged.

Resolution

1. Go to Settings > All Settings > Manage Alerts > Add New Alert.
2. Set the trigger condition similar to this.

3. Set up Orion SMS or email alerts in the Trigger Action.
4. Submit the changes.
