Resolution
1. Make sure that configuration archive is well maintained. Configuration archive should have a reasonable amount of configuration backups stored. Schedule appropriate NCM jobs to purge older configurations from both Orion DB and the Config-Archive folder.
a. Go to Web Console > CONFIGS > Jobs > Create New Job:
b. Perform Routine Database and Archive Maintenance
c. Purge Old Configs from Database
2. Disable/Enable Search function and reinitiate Indexing.
a. Disable the Search function at Settings > NCM Settings > Search Settings, and click Submit.
b. Enable the Search function at Settings > NCM Settings > Search Settings, and click Submit.
c. If I does not initiate automatically, initiate re-indexing, by clicking Apply next to the Enter a path for the index catalog on main NCM server address bar at Settings > NCM Settings > Search Settings.
3. Delete the corrupted configuration index catalog.
a. Delete the content of folder C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Cirrus\Lucene\.
b. If it does not initiate re-indexing automatically, initiate re-indexing by clicking Apply next to the Enter a path for the index catalog on main NCM server address bar.
4. Split the Business Layer Plugins up there is also an Out of memory exception
