Overview

The user may encounter an issue where the Dameware MRC menu and options become black after the upgrade to 12.3.0.12. Some of the options are not visible because most of the options are just black and do not show what they are for.

Resolution

Apply the 12.3.0 HF1, and please follow the directions on how to apply it depending on the version of Dameware installed.
