Overview

In some cases, the Dameware MRC user can establish a connection to the remote machine, but unable to control it like moving the mouse or clicking it, and typing on the keyboard. There is no restriction on the setting, and the view only mode is disabled. Also, when establishing a connection, the end user prompts to accept the connection before viewing their desktop.
