Overview

This issue resurfaces after Upgrading Kiwi Cattools to version 3.11.6. The application is throwing the error messages: “Failed to connect to 10.254.99.9. Reason: (30015) Server signature does not match.” when running activity/backups

Cause

Bug in the latest version.

Resolution

Resolution 1
Perform the workaround below:

Please close the Cattools Application and stop the Cattools services.
Backup the file C:\Windows\SysWOW64\WODSSH.dll
Download the replacement file here.
Start Cattools Services and relaunch Cattools Application.
Run the same activity and verify it.

Resolution 2
Downgrade Kiwi Cattools Version to 3.11.5.

Backup the Kiwi Cattols Files
Please close Cattools Application and stop the Cattools services.
Uninstall the 3.11.6 version and Install the 3.11.5 version
Restore the previous configuration
Run the same activity and verify it.
