A new SEM connector has been created to handle activity and alert logs from Microsoft Cloud App Security  

Resolution

Refer to the Integrating with your SIEM procedures in Microsoft's Generic SIEM integration documentation. 
Note: In step 1.4 of these procedures, when setting the Advanced Settings, you should select RFC 3164, without the year.
