Cause

The user's account is not included in the SAM Administrators group.

Resolution

Add the account to the SAM Administrators

  1. Open the Web Console then click Settings > All Settings.
  2. Under User Accounts, click Manage Accounts.
  3. Select an account then click Edit.
  4. Scroll down to Server & Applications Monitor Settings, and click to expand.
  5. For SAM User Role, change the role from User to  Admin. This grants the user role admin rights.
