Resolution

Make sure that the account you are using has Administrator rights for SAM.

  1. Log on to Orion Web Console using the Admin account. 
  2. Go to Settings > All Settings > Manage Accounts.
  3. Select the account with the issue and click Edit.
  4. Scroll down to the SAM settings, and select the admin role.
