Resolution

The SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted does not use full MariaDB Server install which is required to be affected by this issue.

The MariaDB ODBC driver (Version 3.2) is used for monitoring MariaDB instances which doesn’t include the affected mariadb-dump utility.
