Cause

CVE-2026-59083, an improper handling of URL encoding (Hex Encoding) vulnerability in the Apache Tomcat rewrite valve, allowed security constraint bypass for some configurations.

Resolution

SolarWinds Database Performance Analyzer (DPA) is not affected by this vulnerability because it does not use the vulnerable rewrite valve component.
