Connect to SEM using a supported web browser

When you use a supported web browser to log in to the SEM console, the user profile information (including filters, saved nDepth searches, and scheduled nDepth searches) is saved in SEM. Only SolarWinds Customer Support personnel can access the information.

Connect to SEM using the Adobe Air Console

When you use the AIR-based desktop console application to log in to SEM, the user profile information (including filters, saved nDepth searches, and scheduled nDepth searches) is saved on your computer.

To find the filters, go to C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\sim.console\Local Store\monitor\filters.xml.

To find the nDepth saved searches, go to C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Roaming\sim.console\Local Store\nDepth\*.xml.
