Resolution

  1. Connect to the SolarWinds server.
  2. Open SolarWinds Platform Service Manager from the SolarWinds Platform folder of the Start menu.
  3. Stop all the SolarWinds Platform Services.
  4. Navigate to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root and delete everything in this directory (.Net cache)
  5. Navigate to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root and delete everything in this directory (.Net cache)
  6. Clear contents of Win Temp Folder at C:\Windows\Temp.
  7. Open an elevated command prompt and run "IISreset"
  8. Rerun the Configuration Wizard.
