Overview

After enabling TLS 1.3 on the email server, Web Help Desk can no longer connect to it. Upon checking the logs, the following error shows:

WARN [2020-0]<https-jsse-nio-443-exec-6> Unable to establish connection: javax.mail.MessagingException: No login methods supported!;
nested exception is:
com.sun.mail.iap.ProtocolException: No login methods supported!
javax.mail.MessagingException: No login methods supported!;
nested exception is:
com.sun.mail.iap.ProtocolException: No login methods supported!

Cause

Web Help Desk Does not Support TLS 1.3 yet.

Resolution

Disable TLS 1.3 in the mail email server and use TLS 1.2
