Orion Web Console not opening when using the Hostname

When users are unable to open the Orion Web Console using the Hostname.

Check IIS and make sure that the IP Address on Binding is All Unassigned.

Check the Network Connection if the initial NIC will run first.

Check your Database and look for All Engine. It should have the correct IP Address.
Check your Database and look for Website and IP Address should be All Unassigned.
See if you can access the website using the IP address of the server
