From the Tech Console 

  1. ​​Click the History menu.
  2. Click on the relevant session or search for it using the Search button if it isn't listed.
  3. Scroll down the session details and on the left you will find some Play link buttons to play each video segment.

From the Admin Area 

  1. Go to Reports > Session History.
  2. Select the relevant session or search for it using the Filter Title and the Date dropdown if it isn't listed.
  3. Click the Show in Reports Page hyperlink, located on the bottom right corner.
  4. When you click on the session entry a new browser tab will open showing the session details, organized in tabs.
  5. Click on Video (n), where n is the number of video segments for the session.
  6. Click on a video segment's thumbnail to play it. You will also be able to get a link to share or download the recording by clicking the link icon and/or download icon respectively.
