Cause

This is likely due to an old website name and IP address still existing in the Websites table after migrating.

Resolution

Go to the Orion server and open the Database Manager.
Click Add Default server.
Expand the SolarWinds database.
Scroll down to the Websites table.
Double click the table and select Execute query.
Click Enable Table Editing.
Right-click on the square next to the old website row and select Delete Row.
