Cause

SEUM-USERS are not added to local administrators group.

Resolution

Add local SEUM users to local administrators group on each player to start reporting location. Do the following steps to add local SEUM users to local:
  1. Right click My Computer, go to Manage or go to Computer Management
  2. Scroll down to Configuration > Local Users and Groups > Users.
  3. Delete all SEUM users.
  4. Restart the WPM Playback Player to recreate the SEUM users.
  5. Go to Computer ManagementLocal Users and Groups Groups.
  6. Double click Administrators.
  7. Click Add. Make sure that the location (middle box) is set to the server name and not the domain. Do not type anything in the box, and click Advanced instead.
  8. Click Find now. You should see the seven SEUM-USER-# accounts in the bottom pane.
  9. Select all of them and then click OK.
  10. Select OK again.
  11. Restart WPM playback service on that machine, and wait 5-10 minutes and see if the transaction will then play properly.
Note: Make sure to monitor everything in the player. Monitor the player for 24 hours to verify if group policies get applied overnight.
