Overview

When using Microsoft^® System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to run Web Help Desk (WHD) asset discovery, SCCM fails with the following error message:

Resolution

Use an SQL-authenticated account to connect to the SCCM database. You cannot use a domain-authenticated account because WHD does not support a mixed mode/domain account to log in to the SQL server.
