Overview

To ensure the release meets the needs of our customers' environments and delivers the implementation experience they expect, WHD 2026.2 has been removed from the Customer Portal while additional quality work is completed.

Cause

Additional quality work is being completed for WHD 2026.2, and in the meantime, the release has been removed from the Customer Portal.

Resolution

Our engineering teams are focused on delivering Web Help Desk 2026.2.1 by mid-July.
