Cause

The Toolset requires WCF for HTTP to be installed in order for tools Network Discovery and Trace to work.

Resolution

To install WCF for HTTP, follow the steps below:

Log in to the server
Launch the Server Manager
Go to Add Roles/Features
In the Features section, find WCF Services under .Net Framework
Expand and check HTTP Activation
Reboot if prompted

The test should pass now.
