Cause

The SNMP version is outdated or there is an issue with the SNMP agent on the Linux node.

Resolution

Establish an SSH or PuTTY connection to the node in question to verify your SNMP version.

See the Net-SNMP web site (© 2017 Net-SNMP, available at http://www.net-snmp.org/, obtained on June 20, 2017.) to verify if your SNMP version is supported.

Note:
You can also Use the Poller Checker tool (C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\PollerCheckerTool.exe) against a working node, and then compare the results to the node in question.
