Resolution

First try restarting the Orion Module Engine. Wait two minutes and see if VoipEngines.KeepAlive updates. If it does, you should be running again. If not, try the following:

Uninstall VNQM from the Poller or Additional Poller. Refer to Uninstall VNQM
Stop all services.
Truncate the VoipJobInfo table.
Delete VoipEngine.
Reinstall VNQM. Refer to Installing SolarWinds VoIP and Network Quality Manager .
