Overview

When you are on a remote session with the end-user, there are times that you don’t see right away the current user desktop, you are just on the Windows login screen. You have the option to either enter the current user credential, which is not ideal, especially if you do not know it, and that is the case most of the time. Or use the feature in Mini Remote Control called RDP session switching to go to the current user session.
