View SEM version information

This article provides steps on how to view the Security Event Manager (formerly Log & Event Manager) version information in the SEM console and the CMC.

Resolution

The version of SEM that you are using is always displayed in the footer at the bottom of the browser.

You can also find the version by going to Settings and selecting System Resources.

To find the version in the CMC, navigate to cmc -> manager - viewsysinfo, and then look for the following values:

SolarWinds manager version is: 2020.4.X.
Note: If the version displayed in the SEM console does not match what you see from cmc command above, clear your local browser cache. If issues persist after clearing the local browser cache, contact SolarWinds Customer Support.
