Verify if SolarWinds Platform have reached license limits

Overview

This article explains how to check the expiration dates of your SolarWinds product licenses in the SolarWinds Web Console, so you have uninterrupted access to each product.

You can check your SolarWinds Platform product license details in the License Details page.

Log in to the SolarWinds Web Console.
Click Settings > All Settings.
Under Details, click License Details.

The License Details page is an information-only page that displays information about your licensed SolarWinds applications, including Cloud Monitoring and NetPath. The page includes the application product version and the version of any associated DLLs.

Below is an example of the License Details page.

In Hybrid Cloud Observability 2022.3 and newer, licenses are node-based, and the licensed nodes and volumes are displayed under the SolarWinds Platform section:
