Troubleshoot Layer 3 data
If Layer 3 data (IP Addresses) are not displayed in UDT, verify the following:
- The device supports all OIDs.
- The Layer 3 job exists for the node (Settings > All Settings > UDT Settings > View UDT Job Status).
- The output of UDT Compatibility Checker (Layer 3 target). Try all versions of SNMP protocol – if one of them succeeds, consider changing the device configuration.
- Verify in the UDT.Jobs log that the job completes successfully, verify the job duration, and adjust timeout if necessary on the Settings > All Settings > UDT Settings > Advanced Settings page.
- Verify in the UDT.BusinessLayer log that the job's results are processed successfully
- Connect to the device and verify the ARP table.
If you are finding that the Layer 3 polling option itself is being unchecked, see Layer 3 polling disabled in UDT for more information.
