VMware Tools Drivers Windows update 82290 resulting in HA failover

After updating VMware vmxnet3 driver version to 1.9.140, the system will reboot automatically resulting in HA failover.

This is expected behavior if windows update policy is set to reboot when an update requires a reboot.

To avoid automatic Failover gracefully Shutdown SolarWinds service to force a failover to standby server and disable HA and patch the primary SolarWinds server.
