VMAN capacity planning reports do not display data

VMAN Capacity Planning Reports display no data. No errors on the Web Console. On the Capacity Planning Business layer: [STP SmartThreadPool Thread #1] ERROR SolarWinds.VIM.CapacityPlanning.BusinessLayer.Simulation.SimulationJobWorker - Exception while executing job [Report Definition ID: 3]: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The PERCENTILE_DISC function is not allowed in the current compatibility mode. It is only allowed in 110 mode or higher. Incorrect syntax near 'median'.

Overview

Capacity Planning Reports do not display data. There are no errors on the Web Console.

The following error is found on the Capacity Planning Business layer (VIM):

[STP SmartThreadPool Thread #1] ERROR SolarWinds.VIM.CapacityPlanning.BusinessLayer.Simulation.SimulationJobWorker - Exception while executing job [Report Definition ID: 3]: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): The PERCENTILE_DISC function is not allowed in the current compatibility mode. It is only allowed in 110 mode or higher. Incorrect syntax near 'median'.

Cause

The PERCENTILE_DISC function is not allowed in the current compatibility level. It is only allowed in 110 level or higher. 

Resolution

Change the compatibility level on the database to 110 or higher.
