Cause

The issue is caused when the VM node could not poll due to credentials access being denied.

Resolution

  1. Click on the VM node that is having the issue to open its Node details.
  2. Click Edit node on the node details.
  3. Scroll down then do a Test connection for Poll from VMware.
    • Note: if the connection test fails, then it verifies that the credentials do  not have access to the ESX host. Check if the credentials have access to the node.
  4. Once the credentials have access, try to run a testconnection again.
