During the upgrade to Orion Platform 2020.2, the Configuration Wizard failed with the following error:

Resolution

Resolution 1:

  1. Use an SA account or assign the current account SA server role.
  2. Run the Configuration Wizard and choose the option to create a new SQL account.
  3. Continue with the Configuration Wizard until it completes.
