Create SNMP v3 credentials.
1. Go to Workspace Studio.
2. Click Manage Credentials.
3. Click Start New.
4. Set Type to SNMPv3.
5. Enter the required information for SNMPv3 authentication.
Open the Command Prompt.
Go to the Toolset Installation directory. The default location is: C:\program files(x86)\Solarwinds\Toolset\
Run the following command:

swspmcmd.exe [IP address] [SNMPv3 credential name]

Replace [IP address] with the IP address of the Switch.
Replace [SNMPv3 credential name] with the credential information created in Step 1.
