Use the NPM MIB Browser in the SolarWinds Platform

Use the NPM MIB Browser to determine the OID's and the meaning for devices being monitored in the SolarWinds environment.

Open the SolarWinds Platform Web Console.
Navigate to a node detail page in question and click MIB Browser under Management resource on the node.

Once you have loaded this up, you can use the search function to find/reference the metric a particular OID relates to.

The MIB Browser in NPM will also tell you if the device in question is compatible with that OID.

If your OID/Device is not present in the SNMPwalk, that may be a sign that either your device is not reporting metrics to the SNMP Daemon, or the SNMP Daemon is not configured properly.
