Notes:
- The number of domain accounts needed is based on the numWorkerProcessesentry in SolarWinds.SEUM.Agent.Service.exe.config. The default on the main Orion server is 2 workers and on remote players, the default is 7.
- The domain account must have login permissions for the machine where the WPM Player is running.
- These steps may vary in different versions of WPM.
- Increase WPM worker processes
In version 2.0 onwards:
- Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\SEUM\Player.
- Right click on SolarWinds.SEUM.AgentDomainConfigurationTool.exe and select "Run as administrator".
- Select the Enable domain accounts for playbacks
- Complete the "Domain name:" field with the FQDN of the domain.
- Add the user accounts (Do not include the domain in this field) and passwords.
- When all entries are complete, click "Save".
