Update Edit Columns on Manage Subnets and IP Addresses in IPAM

This article explains how to customize the columns shown on the Manage Subnets & IP Addresses page in IPAM.

Overview

Starting in IPAM 2025.2, a new GUI was introduced for IPAM. On the Manage Subnets & IP Addresses page, the columns displayed in both the IP Address view and the Hierarchy/Group/Supernet and Subnet view can be customized (added, removed, or reordered) through the Edit Columns option.

Customize the columns

IP Address view:

  1. Go to My Dashboards > IP Addresses, then click Manage Subnets & IP Addresses.

  2. Select a subnet to display its IP addresses. 

  3. Click the square button in the upper-right corner to open Edit Columns. 

  4. In the window that appears, check or uncheck the boxes for the columns you want to show or hide. 

  5. Click Update Columns to save. 

Hierarchy/Group/Supernet and Subnet view:

  1. Go to My Dashboards > IP Addresses, then click Manage Subnets & IP Addresses. 

  2. Select the hierarchy, group, or supernet whose view you want to change. 

  3. Click the square button in the upper-right corner to open Edit Columns. 

  4. In the window that appears, check or uncheck the boxes for the columns you want to show or hide. 

  5. Click Update Columns to save. 

These changes are retained per user login. Columns can also be dragged and dropped to reorder them.
