Overview

The below widget shows an invalid date for "next run". This does not happen when schedules are run manually; it just happens when they are run as scheduled.

Cause

The issue has been identified as a known issue in SolarWinds Platform 2026.2 due to a mismatch between the user's browser language and the language in which the SolarWinds server is installed.

For example, the SolarWinds server's language is set to EN-US. If the browser language is set to EN-US, there are no issues, and it will display as expected.

However, if the browser language is different, for example, EN-UK. It will show an invalid date.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in a future release of the SolarWinds Platform.

As a workaround, change the browser language to match the SolarWinds server's language. The Next Run will display correctly then.
