Cause

This issue occurs due design behavior of decryption with unmanaged utility.

Resolution

Important: As of SolarWinds Platform 2026.2, the Unmanage Scheduling Utility is deprecated. The tool is still supported in the current release. However, it will be removed in a future release. Deprecation is an indication that you should avoid expanded use of this feature and formulate a plan to discontinue using the feature.

To resolve the issue, please upgrade to SolarWinds Platform 2023.4 and above to avoid the message.  If the upgrade is not possible, the message itself can be safely ignored.  Unmanaged utility will remaining working as the first attempt will produce the message and fallback will work after.
