Unblock the Orion installation file

How to unblock an installation file before upgrade/installation.

Overview

This article explains how to unblock the installation package (ZIP, EXE, ISO) that you have downloaded on to your server. You need to perform these steps before you decide to install the product you have downloaded

Cause

Microsoft Attachment Manager deems files as possibly unsafe and marks them as blocked. See here for more information: Microsoft Attachment Manager (© 2022 Microsoft, available at https://support.microsoft.com/, obtained on March 3, 2022)

Resolution

Navigate to the file you have downloaded.
Right-click the file.
Select Properties.
Select Unblock.
Click Apply.
Click OK.

Now you can continue with the upgrade/installation process.
