Unable to write to report file error after CatTools migration

After a Cattools migration activities do not write reports with the error Unable to write to report file.

Overview

After migrating Kiwi CatTools, the following error appears in the web console when the application is trying to write report files after activities: 
Unable to write to report file.

Cause

The reports in Kiwi CatTools are trying to write to now non-existent paths.

 

Resolution

  1. Open the Kiwi CatTools Manager.
  2. Select the Activity in the Activity Panel.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Activity Tab, in the "Report file:" field, make sure that the directory exists.
  5. If the directory does not exists, either change the directory or create the specified directory
