Resolution
Please note that if you are activating the Orion Licenses on a version of NPM 12 or later, you will need to activate the new license using the Orion Web Console License Manager and not the legacy application that resides on the Solarwinds server itself.
If the license(s) were already activated on the new server then:
- Deactivate licenses on the new server
- Delete the old server from [dbo].[Engines] in the database
- Delete the old server from [dbo].[OrionServers] in the database
- Delete the old server from [dbo].[Websites] in the database
Activate licenses on the new server
