Overview

When editing custom IPAM Roles and Permissions, users are unable to use the mouse to scroll up or down to expand the Group/Supernet and Subnets.

Cause

This has been identified as a known issue in IPAM 2025.2.

Resolution

Note:

As of August 18th, 2025, a fix for this issue is planned for a future release of IPAM. Follow this article for the latest updates.

Workaround 1:

Select 1 checkbox and use the arrow keys up/down to move the page or expand Group/Supernet and Subnets.

Workaround 2:

Submit a ticket to work with support on applying a replacement .css file to address the issue on the Edit Custom Roles page.
