Suggestion I

This error usually means that the target machine is running, but the service that you're trying to connect to is not available. The connection to the machine (remote host/server/PC that the service runs at) was made but, since the service was not available on that machine, the machine does not know how to process the request.

The cause is when the service/object you are monitoring has stopped, crashed, or is busy with another request.

Suggestion II

This error has been known to occur when IIS is configured for HTTPS, yet no certificate has been specified or when an expired wildcard certificate is used. It can also occur when the Orion server is unable to access the web server at all, such being blocked by a firewall, proxy, or router access control list. Since this is on the Orion server itself, check that HTTPS is bound to all IP addresses and not just one specific IP/interface.

Suggestion III

If received as a response to a connection to the SQL database, you may want to restart the SQL server agent.
