Overview

In this issue, there are some instances that Serv-U can inadvertently spawn multiple duplicate processes, resulting not to launch the Serv-U Management Console.

Cause

Multiple Serv-U processes running on the server.
 

Resolution

  1. From the System Tray, please check from the processes tab if multiple Serv-U processes are running on the server
  2. Please end the tasks of kill ALL Serv-U processes.
  1. Launch the Serv-U Management Console again.
