Cause

Error when launching the SFTP & SCP Server from Toolset Launch Pad fails for Desktop Engineer's Toolset on Windows Server 2012 R1 or Windows 8 32-bit. Clicking the Launch button opens Toolset program folder in a Windows Explorer instead.

Resolution

Launch SFTP & SCP Server from the Start menu, Start > SolarWinds > SFTP & SCP Server.
